Acceptance
State that using the site or the apps means accepting these terms, and what happens if a user does not accept them.
Licence
Apps distributed through the App Store are also governed by Apple’s standard EULA. If you do not supply your own, Apple’s applies by default. Decide deliberately which you want, because the two differ on warranty and liability.
Acceptable use
Describe what users may not do, in terms you would actually enforce.
Subscriptions and refunds
If you charge, say what recurs, when it renews, and how to cancel. Note that App Store purchases are refunded by Apple, not by you.
Warranty and liability
The disclaimer and limitation clauses. Get these two drafted by counsel rather than copied. They are the clauses that get tested.
Governing law
Name a jurisdiction and a venue.
