Something not working?
Nothing of ours is on the App Store yet, so there isn’t much to support. When there is, this page will still be here.
Either way, email support@rexec.ai and a person will answer, usually within one business day. Please include which app you’re using, your iOS version, and what you expected to happen.
Deleting your data
Our apps store data on your device and in your own iCloud account. To delete everything, delete the app. If we hold anything on our servers on your behalf, write to support@rexec.ai and we will erase it within 30 days.
Security
Found a vulnerability? Write to support@rexec.ai with “Security” in the subject line. We will acknowledge within 72 hours.
