What we collect
Describe every category of data the apps and this website collect. This must match, field for field, the Privacy Nutrition Label you file in App Store Connect. Apple checks, and a mismatch will fail review.
Why we collect it
State a purpose for each category. If a category has no purpose you can write down plainly, stop collecting it.
Who we share it with
List every third-party processor: analytics, crash reporting, email, hosting, payments. Name them. “Trusted partners” is not a disclosure.
How long we keep it
Give a retention period per category, and what triggers deletion.
Your rights
Cover access, correction, deletion, portability, and objection. If you have users in the EU or UK, this section carries GDPR obligations; if you have users in California, CCPA/CPRA. Both need a named contact and a response deadline.
Children
State whether the apps are directed at children under 13. If any are, COPPA applies and Apple’s Kids Category rules apply on top.
Changes
Say how you notify users, and keep the date at the top current.
